Celebrating the Year of the Earth

Since the early eighties, Matriarchal Mystery Festivals have been celebrated at the Academy HAGIA, and many women have been participating over the years. A lot of the festivals have been videotaped, and this film was composed out of plenty rich takes. It shows in poetic, evocative images eight festivals throughout the annual cycle of the seasons of the year.
